Shipping policy

Shipping costs national:
For our private customers, the standard shipping fee is € 5.95.
From an order value of 50, - € the shipping fee does not apply (only shipping conditions within Germany).

International shipping costs (EU including Liechtenstein and Switzerland):
The prices vary depending on weight and destination between € 12.95 (1kg) and € 48 (31kg)

International shipping costs (rest of the world):

The prices vary depending on weight and destination between 32.05 € (1kg) and 135 € (31kg)

The goods will be sent immediately after receipt of payment has been confirmed. The standard delivery time by parcel service is 3 days, unless otherwise stated in the item description. The provider sends the order from its own warehouse as soon as the entire order is in stock there. If the provider has a permanent obstacle to delivery, in particular force majeure or non-delivery by its own supplier, although a corresponding hedging transaction was made in good time, the provider is not responsible for this Right to withdraw from a contract with the customer in this respect. The customer will be informed immediately and services received, in particular payments, will be reimbursed.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

In the case of a sales contract: on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the last goods.
In the case of a contract for several goods that the consumer has ordered as part of a single order and that are delivered separately: on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has or has taken possession of the last goods.
In the case of a contract for the delivery of goods in several partial shipments or pieces: in which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has or has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.

If several alternatives come together, the last point in time is decisive.

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will have given you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the inexpensive standard delivery offered by us have), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
