Leather Sealing – Maintenance and Protection for Leather

Use and Benefits: Global Prefer® Leather Sealing is a diluted impregnation for leather, intended for hydrophoby (water repellent) and olephoby (oil resistant). Water exposure or staining on treated leather, i.e. spots from coffee, drinks or grease, will be significantly reduced.

Preparation: Clean the leather thoroughly prior application, in order to remove any supportive or finishing products (i.e. surfactants and lubricants). First test on an unobtrusive spot or sample surface.

Application: Shake well before use. Apply Global Prefer® Leather Sealing in such a way, that a thin and light wet coat will be generated on the surface. Spray bigger surfaces, from a distance of approx. 25 cm; do not spray precisely. The leather might darken temporarily, depending on the application intensity.

Caution: Leather changes size when too much water is applied! Do not treat with soaking bath! Keep out of reach of children!

Specifications:

Applied Quantity:		10-100 ml per sqm (depending on the kind of leather)
Hardening/Drying:		At room temperature at least 30 minutes (or until the material feels dry to the touch)
Processing Temperature:		+5°C till +25°C Protect from direct sunlight.
Storage and Service Life:		See imprint on trade unit. Store well locked, in original trade unit only. Protect from direct sunlight, heat or overheat, and frost.
Storage Temperature:		+5°C till +25°C
Environmental Impact:		Do not use it below +5°C; Coat only smaller surfaces, when temperature above +25°C.
Packaging Sizes:		250 ml, 500 ml and 1000 ml spray flasks; other sizes of trade unit on request.
