Leather Sealing – Maintenance for Leather

Use and Benefits: Global Prefer® Leather Sealing is a diluted impregnation for leather, intended for hydrophoby (water repellant) and olephoby (oil resistant). Water exposure or staining on treated leather (i.e. by spots from coffee, drinks or grease) will be significantly reduced.

Preparation: Clean the leather thoroughly prior to application, in order to remove all supportive or finishing products (i.e. surfactants and lubricants). First test on an unobtrusive spot or sample surface.

Application: Shake well before use. Apply Global Prefer® Leather Sealing in such a way, that a thin, slightly wet coat will be generated on the surface. Spray bigger surfaces from a distance of 25 cm; do not spray precisely. The leather might darken depending on the application intensity.

Caution: Leather changes its size if too much water is applied! Do not treat with soaking bath! Keep out of reach of children.

Specifications:

Applied Quantity:		10-100 ml per sqm (depending on kind of leather)
Hardening/Drying:		At least 30 minutes at room temperature (or until material feels dry to the touch).
Processing Temperature:		+5°C till +25°C; Protect from direct sunlight.
Storage and Service Life:		See imprints on trade units. Store well locked, only in original trade unit. Protect from direct sunlight, heat or overheat, and from frost.
Storage Temperature:		+5°C till +25°C
Environmental Impact:		Do not use it below +5°C. Coat smaller surface sections, when temperature above +25°C.
Packaging Sizes:		250 ml, 500 ml and 1000 ml spray flasks; other sizes of trade units on request.
