Mildew Acute – Pretreatment and Cleaning

Use and Benefits: Global Prefer® Mildew Acute is a ready to use, solvent-free and permeable product. Global Prefer® Mildew Acute has been developed based on a nano-structured release system in order to remove already existent mildew decay indoors and to prevent regeneration.

Preparation: None

Application: Global Prefer® Mildew Acute may be rolled, painted or sprayed onto walls or ceilings. Spray on existing mildew and allow few minutes for reaction. Wipe the treated surface with a damp cloth. If mildew residue is still visible afterwards, repeat the procedure until no more tracks are visible! Spray cleaned surfaces again and allow for complete drying.
After drying you may coat or decorate the surface treated with Global Prefer® Mildew Acute.

Important: You may additionally treat walls and ceilings with Global Prefer® Mildew Additive (see instructions). Add the product to paint or cement und apply as usual. Please refer to the respective technical datasheet for information about effects and application.

Caution: Always treat large areas of mildew decay, as mildew can also form in-wall and hence might not necessarily be visible from the outside.

Safety note: Liquid material residue must not be disposed of through the sewage water system! Please dispose properly. Keep out of reach of children!

Caution: Avoid skin and eye contact! In case of splashing, please rinse with water or, if necessary, consult a doctor. Use proper safety gloves.
When applying through spraying, take appropriate safety measures to avoid inhaling.


Permanent Effect: Mildew regeneration will be successfully prevented for a period of 3 years. The effect might be shortened by invisible mildew existent in the subsoil. We recommend adding Global Prefer® Mildew Acute with an amount in accordance to the paint or cement (see instructions).

Specifications:

Hardening/Drying:		approx. 12-24 hours. High humidity and/or low temperatures can prolong the here given drying period.

Applied Quantity:		Approx. 100 ml per sqm; for one-time use depending on extend of mildew decay and absorbency of subsurface.

Storage and Service Life:		24 months if well locked. Protect from direct sunlight and frost.

Environmental Impact:		Do not use it below +5°C.
Packaging Sizes:		500 ml, 1000 ml spray flasks and 5 liter jerry cans; bigger sizes of trade unit on request.
