Enamel Sealing Anti Dirt – Protection and Refinement


Use and Benefits: Global Prefer® Enamel Sealing Anti Dirt protects outdoor enamel surfaces from staining. The product generates a thin hydrophobic film of merely a few nanometers on the surface, which reduces adherence of dirt. The dirt will be mostly washed off by natural irrigation or sunlight. Irrigation and a slight incline of the surface are therefore absolutely essential. Heavy mechanical exposure, grease and oil will impair the ultra thin film.

Preparation: The surface and adjoining parts must be absolutely dry and clean (i.e. fingerprints). Thoroughly clean surfaces with Global Prefer® AZ Cleaning Agent or Global Prefer® Top Cleaning Agent.

Important: Global Prefer® Top Cleaning Agent allows ideal cleaning of longer stored or heavily stained enamel (please see separate product information). Do not use cleaning agents that emphasize, for example, the following features:

- "With Active Shine"/ "Active Protection"
- "De-mister: Prevents de-mister of glass"
- "Detergent and minimizing new staining"



Application: Coat the clean and dry surface in sections. Moisten the Global Prefer® Applying Cloth TOP 1 with Global Prefer® Enamel Sealing Anti Dirt, or apply by economically spraying the surface in sections; apply in circling movements. Use Global Prefer® Cloth TOP 1 or Cloth Top 4 to furbish surface until it is clear and free of grayness.

Keep out of reach of children!

Cleaning Coated Surfaces: Aggressive cleaning agents (extremely acid and basic, abrasive milk) are not required, as staining and lime cannot firmly stick to the coating.
Clean the surface using a sponge and Global Prefer® AZ Cleaning Agent, as soon as the repellent effect weakens.

Applied Quantity: Approx. 15-25 ml per sqm
Hardening/Drying: Dried up after approx. 1 hour; after that approx. 12 hours for hardening.
Processing Temperature: +5°C till +30°C
Protect from direct sunlight.
Storage and Service Life: See imprints on bottles and jerry cans;
Keep well locked in original trade units, and protect from direct sunlight and frost.
Storage Temperature: +5°C till +25°C
Environmental Impact: Do not use it below +5°C.
Only treat smaller sections, if temperature is above +25°C.
Packaging Size: 125 ml, 250 ml, 500 ml, 1000 ml spray flasks; 5 liter and 10 liter jerry cans; other sizes of trade unit on request.
