Stainless Steel Sealing Special – Protection and Refinement


Use and Benefits: Global Prefer Stainless Steel Sealing Special is a temporary, solvent-based and nanotechnology-modified system for the maintenance of indoor and outdoor stainless steel or FE metal surfaces. Global Prefer Stainless Steel Sealing Special equips the surface with water, oil and dirt resistant features, because of which the surface will be easier to clean.

Preparation: The surface must be clean, dry and grease-free prior to coating. We recommend Global Prefer A-Z Cleaner and/or Global Prefer Precision Cleaner. First test the application on an unobtrusive spot or sample surface.

Application: Shake well before use. Apply coating by rubbing with Global Prefer Cloth TOP 1. Apply the material economically on the surface or spray on a cloth and evenly apply on subsurface. Do not furbish immediately! Furbish the treated surface after about 10 minutes, until it is clear and without cords.

Caution: The ultra thin coat needs approx. 30 minutes to dry. This might be prolonged under conditions of high humidity and lower temperatures. Do not touch on the surface during that time; do not treat with water or cleaner.
Keep out of reach of children!

Touching-up and new coating: You may apply Global Prefer Stainless Steel Sealing Special again, as described above.

Cleaning the treated surface: You may simply remove staining and dry residue with a wet cloth.

Specifications:

Applied Quantity: Approx. 10-20 ml per sqm, depending on subsurface
Hardening/Drying: Dried up after approx. 30 minutes;
hardened after approx. 12 hours, depending on subsurface and processing temperature.
Processing Temperature: +5°C till +25°C
Protect from direct sunlight.
Storage and Service Life: At least 24 months if at room temperature and unopened in their original trade unit.
Protect from direct sunlight and frost.
Storage Temperature: +5°C till +25°C
Environmental Impact: Do not use it below +5°C.
